Terms of Use for Student Workplaces at the WSA

The house rules of RWTH Aachen apply to the use of the work rooms.

Version dated 23.05.2008.

1. The workspace described in these terms of use will be made available free of charge to students of the Faculty of Architecture subject to availability.

The rooms are intended for architectural model building. Private use is not permitted. The organisation and allocation of the workplaces are the responsibility of the dean or a representative appointed by the same. There is no fundamental claim for a workplace. The dean's office has the householder's rights. In the event of violations of the terms of use, the dean's office reserves the right to ban the building and to claim damages.

2. The use of the tools and machines as well as the stay in the working room is exclusively permitted to registered and instructed persons. Persons without a written permission to stay are not allowed. In case of doubt, the supervisor for the work area is to be contacted at Tel.: 80 92165.

3. The booking period for the use of a workplace is limited to 14 days. The opening hours of the work space are from Monday to Friday 8:00 to 17:00. Closed on public holidays.
