Reiff Hack is a Blended Learning project of the Faculty of Architecture. The project includes the collection and sharing of short practical films, so-called 'life hacks', from - and for - the everyday study of future architects. The films show manual methods and practices. Students produce videos with practical tips and tricks from architecture for fellow students. The Reiff Hacks offer the possibility to profit from the knowledge of others, to contact them and to provide know-how for 'learning by doing'.

The projects’ goal is connected to learning and conveying the importance of manual practices in the field of architecture, to collecting existing knowledge, securing it as to keep it alive as open source (YouTube channel of the Student Council for Architecture) in dialogue with other interested people. The offer extends the support of the practically oriented training of the workshops as well as practical seminars of the faculty.

Optional equipment can be borrowed for the production of the films: Camera, light, microphone, and editing station (in the library of the Department of Artistic Design). Optional access to the workshops, studios, and labs of Artistic Design.

Task: Conception, film and sound recording as well as post-production of an own 'hack'.
